Bike Warranty
Upcycles Bike Shop offers a 1-year warranty on bicycles covering parts and workmanship. Minor adjustments are included at no charge.
Warranty Includes
- Brake adjustments
- Shifting adjustments
- Wheel truing
- Drivetrain lubrication
- Tire inflation
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Flat tires
- Normal tire wear
- Brake pads
- Chains
- Gears
- Pedals
- Improper maintenance
- Accidents
- Misuse or abuse
- Theft
- Installation or removal of incompatible parts or accessories
Repair Warranty
All repairs include a 90-day warranty. If something's not right, bring it back — we'll make it right.
Repair & Storage Policy
We'll call when it's ready
Customers are contacted as soon as repairs are completed.
30 days of free storage
Pick up any time within 30 days of completion — no charge.
After 30 days
A storage fee of $1 per day is added to your invoice.
60-day forfeit
Bicycles left more than 60 days after completion may be forfeited. If repair and storage fees equal the bike's value, it may be sold to recover costs.
